One Lighting System. Endless Possibilities.

Permanent lighting gives you complete control over the look of your home without having to install and remove temporary lights every year.
Use your lighting for:

Elegant everyday architectural lighting

Christmas & holiday lighting

Warm white accent lighting

Birthdays & celebrations

Game-day colors

Halloween

Fourth of July

Special events

Custom color combinations

Choose your colors, patterns, brightness, and schedules right from your phone.

Designed to Disappear During the Day

The lighting is installed in a track that follows your home's roofline and is selected to blend with the exterior as much as possible. During the day, the system remains subtle and unobtrusive. At night, the lighting becomes the focal point.

You see the lighting when you want it—not the wires and installation.

More Than Christmas Lights

Permanent lighting isn't just for the holidays.

A soft warm-white setting can highlight your home's architecture throughout the year, giving your property an upscale appearance after dark.

When a holiday or special occasion arrives, simply change the colors or effects from the app.

No ladders. No tangled strings of lights. No taking Christmas lights down in January.

Professionally Installed for Your Home

Every home is different, which is why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all installation.

Our team evaluates your home's roofline, architecture, mounting surfaces, and viewing angles to determine the best placement for your permanent lighting.

We focus on creating a finished installation that looks like it belongs on the home—not something that was added afterward.

Why Choose Highlight Outdoor Lighting

Highlight Outdoor Lighting is a local, family-run outdoor lighting company serving Florida's Treasure Coast and Space Coast.

We specialize in lighting homes—not simply hanging lights.

That means we pay attention to the details that make a lighting installation look professional: fixture placement, spacing, color temperature, brightness, architectural lines, and the overall nighttime appearance of your property.

From landscape lighting to permanent roofline lighting, our goal is simple:Make your home look incredible after dark.

Permanent Lighting + Landscape Lighting

Want the complete look?

Permanent roofline lighting can be combined with professionally designed landscape lighting to illuminate your home's architecture, palm trees, oak trees, walkways, outdoor living areas, pool areas, docks, and more.

Together, the two systems can create a beautiful, layered nighttime appearance that makes your home stand out without looking over-lit.

Our landscapers unfortunately caused some damage to the wiring. We called for service which was immediate and the problem was fixed quickly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Would give 10 stars if able... We have had the lights installed for about 2 months and am EXTREMELY happy with the results from Highlight and the product by Sunset Lighting Design Products. Brad is an excellent businessman, addressing my concerns (I wasn't an easy sell) with the type of materials used, illumination effects and weather concerns especially with living in South Florida and the way the environment can deteriorate everything. He came to our home late one evening (8PM) at my request to show just how the lighting would work and look. I was very satisfied - appreciate and trust him - he designed what we needed without overselling the product (we only needed 7 when I thought 10... and he was right). Installation was done with great care to the enclosure screen - neat, tidy and efficiently. Well worth the price all around!! Highly recommend!!!
